SHIPPING
We can ship our products to any address in the world, however on our webshop only have prices for shipments to all European countries. For detailed shipping and delivery date information to other continents, please contact us for more information at [email protected]. Please be aware that there are some restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
We will provide you with an estimation of shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of ordered products and the delivery options you select.
Shipping policies
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are based on weight of the package, dimensions, destination and shipping time. We will gladly provide you with an estimate of the shipping charges upon request, however, fuel charges may apply. These are only estimates and are subject to change once the order has been placed.
- All claims for shortages in shipments must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods to be honored.
- Orders placed after 2pm WILL NOT ship until the next business day.
International shipping
- All shipments leaving the EU must pass through customs in the country of destination. These goods will be accompanied by proper documentation.
- We are not responsible for applicable duties or taxes upon destination.
- We are NOT responsible for shipments delayed by Customs Services.
RETURNS
Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original packaging. Any accessories that were included with the item must be returned with the product for full refund. Items returned with obvious misuse, will not be credited. New products that have been modified or used can NOT be returned. GUARD INDUSTRY DISTRIBUTION BV will NOT accept returns on chemicals, polyurea, epoxy, pigments and/or dyes.
If you need to return a piece of used equipment, please contact Steffanie Nobels (+32 475 94 04 83) to get an authorization for your return.
We will accept returns within 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF GOODS. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Returns that are NOT received in good condition will NOT be accepted or returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Credit for returns are normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card or account given online when the original order was placed.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
GUARD INDUSTRY DISTRIBUTION BV will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "My Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
